License Agreement: 1. A Support Center license gives you the right to run a single installation of Support Center. (i.e., one installation on one domain on one server)2. You agree to provide the location or planned location of your copy of Support Center. 3. You may alter the source code for your own use when it is provided. You may not, however, distribute the original source code or your modified source code without the explicit permission of IsolSoft. 4. The alteration to the source code implies automatic loss of the right to get technical support, being this last left under consideration of IsolSoft. 5. Unless you purchase the copyright removal license, all the Support Center copyright notices within design templates must remain unchanged (and visible) at all times. 6. IsolSoft reserves the right to terminate your license if any of these clauses are broken. No refund will be made on license fees. 7. Before purchasing, you must ensure that your server is capable of running Support Center. The requirements are listed on the purchasing page. 8. All license fees are non-refundable. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The user assumes the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. |
