-Do I have to pay for version upgrades or tech support?
Support Center comes with one year of free upgrades and technical support. After that, you can renew the license for support and upgrades on yearly basis.

-Can I continue using the program after the licence expires?
Yes. You can continue using the program without restrictions, except that you won't have right to receive support and upgrades.

-Does the product come with full source code? Can I modify it?
Yes. The Developer license permits modifications to the source code. Nevertheless, we cannot support these changes.

-What are the browser requirements?
The program supports effectively Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator 5.0 -or above-. However, in other browsers it should also work OK.

-I would like the program to have the feature 'X'. Do you have in mind implementing it?
Although we don't offer customization services, we are in constant exchange with our clients in order to achieve the best product according to their needs. That's why we are always open to feedback and welcome constructive comebacks and suggestions.

-Is the installation-upgrade difficult?
Both the upgrade and installation processes are very simple. They are handled automatically by running the script provided with the program.
