ABOUT US

Isolsoft was founded in 2001 by a team of experienced professionals from diverse areas of IT as programming, design and hosting services, web and software development. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Isolsoft develops and markets Support Center.

Support Center was launched in January 2002. Since then it have undergone several upgrades, leading to the present version. Each version has been released as a state of the arts at its given time. It is Isolsoft's intention to keep this high standard and level of achievement in the future through our daily hard work and receptive attitude towards our customers.

During our former years of work in the industry we had noticed that existed a need of an efficient help desk solution that could also be easy to use and affordable. The products already in the market at that time didn´t accomplish all this three conditions at once. The efficient ones were expensive and required a lot of training from the users, those easy to use were not really efficient and the affordable ones were not good.

Therefore, Support Center was conceived as a Help Desk solution to accomplish these goals: being efficient, easy to use and affordable.

The whole process of development was fueled with tests, questions and surveys among potential users. While our former professional experience could have been good guide itself, we kept a customer-need oriented vision that let us be sure we were on the right track. That fluent connection with the users of our software, and keeping up with the needs of organizations as they evolve, is still today our key to success. It is what makes us keep growing. What makes of Support Center a dynamic product that adapts and expands to meet the needs of the current times.
